Job Description:
Minkoti Agencies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and address any issues that arise.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
